Two-Day Leadership Development Series

Over two days, we facilitated six 90-minute sessions for district educators and staff, designed to strengthen leadership capacity from the inside out.

Each session built on the last. We helped participants clarify challenges, engage in movement-based learning experiences, reflect with intention, and translate insights into actionable next steps within their schools.

Though hosted at a designated district location, we intentionally integrated elements of outdoor movement, partner dialogue, and embodied learning to shift perspective and deepen engagement.

The result was a leadership experience that felt grounded, practical, and ready to be implemented immediately within their schools.
