We took the Sac City Unified School District leadership team out of the boardroom and onto the trail.
No podiums. No PowerPoints. Just open space and honest conversation. We opened with guided movement and intentional grounding, then used the terrain as a catalyst for leadership reflection. The trail became the framework. Elevation mirrored pressure. Pace mirrored decision-making. Silence created space for clarity.
Through small-group dialogue, landscape-based challenges, and guided prompts, leaders explored communication, trust, and alignment in a setting that demanded presence. We closed with shared reflection and practical takeaways they could bring back to their schools and teams.
